He has over 10 years of experience in commercial project management, over 8 years experience working with the Federal Government, and over 10 years experience in Concrete, Petroleum and Construction industries. Joe founded AE Smalls Enterprise Inc with the goal of bringing together local vendors and professionals to achieve more for their families and communities.
